1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using FetchBrick, provided by AP SNC ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.

2. License and Use

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the data provided via FetchBrick for your internal business purposes.

Restrictions: You may not resell, redistribute, or publicly disclose the raw data points provided by FetchBrick unless explicitly authorized in writing.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

All payments are processed securely via Stripe. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard.

4. Data Accuracy

While we strive for 100% accuracy and weekly updates, the data is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any business decisions made based on the data provided.

5. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Belgium, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
